HOT CHAI BEVERAGES

DIRTY CHAI

  • Steam milk; pull espresso shots.
  • Pour espresso shots into the cup, along with any syrup (optional) and a heaping tablespoon of Just Right Chai*. Whisk well. Pour in steamed milk.
    *Note: Alternatively, the Chai powder could be steamed with the milk (instead of whisking with the espresso).

CHOCOLATE CHAI

  • Add chocolate syrup or powder to Just Right Chai Latte (amount of chocolate varies based on type used).

BEEHIVE CHAI

  • In cup, add 1 tablespoon honey and a heaping tablespoon of Just Right Chai.
  • Steam milk and pour a bit into the cup to dissolve both honey and chai. Stir.
  • Add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon so it coats the surface. (And add a dash of nutmeg for a truly seasonal holiday variation.)
  • Continue pouring steamed milk into cup. Latte art recommended here! 
Tip: Milk with a higher fat content will yield a smoother Chai Latte; non-fat milk will make a spicier Chai. Add the sweetener of choice to balance spicy with sweet.
